if you draw a line on a paper with a pencil,
and you realised you drew it wrongly.
you pick up an eraser, and erase the line.
if you draw a line on a paper with a pen,
and likewise, you realised it is drawn incorrectly.
you pick up a correction liquid/tape, and erase the line.
however, no matter have much u erase with an eraser or correction liquid/tape,
the trace is still there.
that little, almost not visible, line is still there.
no amount of hardwork, no amount time can help to erase that little trace.
likewise for the damage done.
when a damage is done, it is done.
time and hardwork wont be able to erase that unpleasant memories out of you.
i can forgive&forget,
making it look like i've forgotten abt it totally,
but deep down inside me, im still concerned.
i believe many, if not some, is still concerned abt the incident.
8months have past, soon approaching the 9th month.
it's difficult for us to say, "yes, i've clean forgotten abt it"
or "yes, the pain is not there anymore"
the pain, the hurt, is always there.
uncle's departure.
left many hearts broken.
not easily mended,
& i believe it's impossible to mend our broken hearts.
